It”s taken three years to craft their songs on tales of motorcycle gangs, social justice, and psychedelic breaks with reality, but 2018 is Witch Hair”s year and they are ready to release their first EP Out On Love. Joe Russo (vocals/guitar), Ashley Kenney (vocals/bass), and Tom Connolly (drums) have crafted a rock solid live show that the band has used to put a voice to their political views by hosting large benefits for Planned Parenthood and CIRI in hopes of raising awareness of social justice issues. Karen Ponzio of the New Haven Independent writes: ”Connolly, Kenney, and Russo are distinct musicians who come together for hard and loud rock ”n” roll, the kind of band you would want to have at your house party so all of your friends would think you were cool”.
