The first Epitaph album released by MC5”s lead guitarist Wayne Kramer in 1995. This album in effect was Wayne Kramer”s comeback album. He comes out with guns a-blazing and certainly showed the new breed of punk”s how it should be done. As Henry Rollins said about him – Wayne”s sound is immediately recognizable. It”s High Time again. People don”t play guitars like this anymore, he”s trying to wreck the place. This reissued version contains stacks of extras with four unreleased audio tracks and two video tracks
