Stone was formed in 1985. They originally played heavy metal and later an aggressive speed/thrash. Their s/t debut album was released in 1988 where they played a Bay-area style of speed/thrash. With their second release, ”No Anaesthesia” in 1989, their style became more technical/neo-classical thrash. Other two releases followed: ”Colours” in 1990 and ”Emotional Playground” (1992).
