”Star of the Sea” is inspired by authentic texts and song forms from Persia, Croatia, 13th century Galicia and the musical legacy of the Spanish Jews: elements that the duo Stellamara have refined into delightful compositions, which are essentially carried by vocals, percussion and acoustic string instruments.
