Immerse yourself in the magical world of Landing, the pioneers of ambient lo-fi psychedelic, whose sounds would certainly be called krautrock if they came from Germany. Their new vinyl album presents selected tracks from their second album in the subscription series, which they offer their fans on Bandcamp. Both the track selection and the mix were re-created specifically for the LP, and the cover was given a makeover by Sulatron boss Dave Schmidt. An ethereal sonic world where the guitar rings softly and with plenty of echo, offering pulsing soundscapes of awe-inspiring beauty as all participants make their magical contributions. And when beats are added, they”re reminiscent of the glory days of krautrock. The recordings were made in their home, which gives the music a very intimate atmosphere. The ambient noises like the cracking of an effect pedal foot switch are simply part of it and give the whole thing a special charm. This is probably their twentieth album in their 25 year existence as a band. The album was mixed and mastered by Aaron Snow. The LP comes on 180g black recycled vinyl and is limited to 300 copies!
