Originally a guitarist, Salvador”s career took him in many musical directions as a performer, writer, vocalist and instrumentalist. His 1957 hit ”Dans Mon Ile” inspired Antonio Carlos Jobim in creating the Bossa Nova genre. Chambre Avec Vue has remained a popular release in Salvador”s massive catalog due to it”s Buena Vista-esque feel. 13 tracks including a duet with Francoise Hardy. EMI France.
