There is the evidence of full maturity of Danilo Rea, an excellent pianist whom Tommaso himself has raised in his New Perigeo; there is an indefatigably propulsive and effervescent Roberto Gatto; there are above all, and they would beenough to qualify a work, the glittering performance of Paolo Fresu, trumpeter and flugelhorn player of increasing weight, and a Massimo Urbani who appears in nothing short of spectacular form. As for the host, in addition to showing off his great and well-known individual talents, he is the author of quality compositions, with glimpses that denote great creative ability.
