A personal tribute to minimal / analog electronic music of the late 70s and mid 80”s.
”Oxyd” is a personal tribute to electronics and sonorities dated back to the time between the early 70s and mid 80s, being an integral part of FLD”s cultural background. A musical homage composed with philological dedication, starting from the timbres choice of vintage instrumentation up to the very analog and often improvised workflow. From Krautrock to driving rhythms of the Berlin School, from progressive to psychedelic but always with a focus on minimal / analog electronic. A journey through time in a genre from bands like Amon Düll, Tangerine Dream, Harmonia, La Düsseldorf to early Human League. On top of that, one of the tracks was used as the soundtrack for the award-winning short film ”X-PRNC” ( DARK VINYL
