Vinyl LP pressing. 2020 release. Creation Myths is the first album in 5 years from Elvis Perkins. Produced by Sam Cohen, the album in many ways picks up where his debut Ash Wednesday left off. Pitchfork wrote of that album Elvis Perkins has emerged as an assured, fully-formed cosmopolitan able to merge readily recognizable influences with a sense of theatre. The record is being released under Perkins own label MIR under exclusive license to Petaluma Records – a new label venture founded by Nion McEvoy.
