Irving Sidney “”Duke”” Jordan is an American jazz pianist. On “”So Nice Duke”” he is joined by Jesper Lundgaard on bass and Aage Tanggaard on drums for a session recorded live at Nagaya, Japan on June 14, 1982. Originally released on TBM Records, one of Japan”s oldest Jazz Label, “”So Nice Duke”” contains some jazz classics including “”My Funny Valentine”” and “”Star Dust”” as well as some Duke Jordan originals; “”Kiss Of Spain”” and “”Jor-Du””. This is a pure analog tape recording mastered utilizing JVC 24bit AD Converter with Digital K2, Rubidium clock.
