Robi Ness ventures into a town that has been quarantined for an anthrax-like disease. She soon finds herself being pursued by a masked sniper and later befriended by a quirky old man named Snake who resolves to help her catch the sniper. But all is not what it seems in a town where no one can enter or leave. Robi discovers what people will do when the society”s eyes are not around to watch.
