”Metal Up Live” captures JT Habersaat, Ruby Collins, Chris Cubas and Richie Stratton in all of their gut-busting prime before a sold out drunken audience on the April 2008 leg of their national Altercation Punk Comedy Tour. Initiated and headlined Habersaat, publisher of the long-running punk periodical Altercation Magazine, the Altercation Punk Comedy Tour is a growing collective of underground standup comics dedicated to the DIY get-in-the-van mentality of Black Flag combined with the anything-goes artistic approach to the form as personified by Bill Hicks.
